A computer generated renewal application will be sent to all eligible Nebraska based carriers in mid-September. The application is divided into three separate sections. Carrier and ownership information, Mileage information, and vehicle information. The renewal application is to be completed and returned to this office with all changes made to the fleet, and a receipted copy of the HVUT. An invoice will be sent to you upon completion of processing. Upon payment of the invoice the credentials will be mailed on December 1st.
