Explanation

If you are under the age of 21, and you accumulate six (6) or more points within a 12-month time period, you will be required to complete a Defensive Driving Course to prevent suspension. When submitting payment, include identifying information (i.e. name, date of birth, license or social security number and current mailing address). Payment submitted by personal or business checks or not for the required amount will be returned.
