DMV North Omaha Office Now Open
LINCOLN – The Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles is pleased to announce the opening of a new express Driver Licensing Office in north Omaha. The new office has opened today, Friday June 14, near 53rd and Ames at 4606 N 56th Street, Suite 100. Customers are able to complete driver licensing services at this location, with the exception of written and drive tests. Those wishing to take a drive test may make an appointment online at dmv.nebraska.gov for one of our other Omaha area locations.
County Treasurer services, such as vehicle titling and registration, or payment of property tax, will continue to be offered at 7414 N 30th Street.
Online services, such as driver license renewals and reinstatements; driver license address changes; vehicle registration renewals; specialty plate orders, and commercial carrier trip permits can be found at dmv.nebraska.gov.
