Please note, the charts below do not apply if you have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or if you were driving Commercial Motor Vehicle when the ticket was issued.
Drivers License Compact States
If you are issued a ticket in any of the states shaded in gray below, the conviction will be posted to your driving record and points will be assessed according to Nebraska law.
Nonresident Violator Compact States
If you are issued a ticket in any of the states shaded in gray below and you do not comply with the terms of the citation, your Nebraska operating privileges will be suspended for Failure to Comply.
