You will need the apportioned credentials if your vehicle has a gross vehicle weight or registered gross weight exceeding 26,000 lbs., or the power unit has 3 or more axles, or the gross vehicle weight of the combination of power unit and trailer exceeds 26,000 lbs., and, it will be traveling out-of-state.
