You will need to pull the mileage by jurisdiction and total report by month and/or quarter.  You will also need to download the raw data information that list the date, time, latitude, longitude, and actual ECM odometer reading of each ping.  Make sure you have access to this information for the 5 year record retention period.

If your GPS is not hooked up to your trucks ECM then you will need to make sure that you have all of the required information:  Date, beginning/ending odometer, origin/destination, miles per state, and total miles.
